This game revolves around puzzles. It combines a series of mind-boggling 3D puzzles as well as simple childhood ones. Teams will have to work together to solve the puzzle and also to create new ones for other teams to figure out as well. Something similar to a time bomb but using puzzles as a tool. This game can explore the untouched spatial and intrapersonal intelligence within you and your team. Puzzle Mania is excellent for groups who are very analytical the nature of their job scope.

Wipe out is a series of short elimination game which is excellent for mass participation. It involves certain degree of competition within the group while having the fun of watching your colleagues perform stunts that you might never get to see in an office environment. A relatively moderate physical game within the comfort of an air-conditioned room. (Can be played outdoors as well)

What better way to have your teambuilding event at one of the best spots within Batam with a fantastic view of the coast lines? Amazing Race Batam begins with four teams at the start point with a given task. Upon completion, they will be given a clue to the next designated location, where more teambuilding games or tasks need to be performed to earn the next clue. The foot race, which consists of at least 4 stations all around the island, is not just about speed. In the two hours, teams will have to perform the given tasks well and above all, facilitators will be noting down observations throughout the course for a debrief after the event.

As the name spells, this is a session of fun filled laughter at the beach! We will be conducting a series of short games with a punch. Ranging from towering sandcastles from the smooth sands of Batam Beach or maybe bridging a water obstacle, stacking one another on a pyramid or simply playing a few simple modified beach ball games which are suitable for all ages. Whatever it is, it’s a session of pure fun and bonding for your team.

A series of indoors activity done with PVC pipes as a tool to connect you and your colleagues. The activities can be as simple as building the tallest free standing structure to constructing a structure with a specific requirement. An in-house developed game which combines the fun of playing a big scale board game while cracking your heads to solve questions and planning your resources to construct the required structure before any other team completes the board race.

This activity targets on the effectiveness of communication within and between teams. More often than not, members are faced with breakdown in communication whether in the spoken or unspoken forms. In rocket science, you would be given materials to construct Water Pressured Rockets which is essential to the whole teambuilding session. With your elite rockets, challenge your opponent to building the rocket which can travel the highest and finally engage in a challenge where your objective is to destroy your opponent’s base with your rockets!

Be thrown into the scenario where you will play the role of a detective and you and your team would need to solve a murder case on the island. Go through clues at the crime scene and interview witnesses who would give you bits and pieces of clues to the murderer. At the end of the session, explain your case and arrest the criminal with your team!

Ever imagined yourself to be stranded on an island? Raft building could be the answer to your survival! Learn basic raft constructing skills in a fun but enriching session. Construct the raft using raw materials and put it to test in the water and using it to achieve some team objectives.

Teams would be given a scenario at the low element course where 1 of their participants is injured and he/she would need to be carried out in a make shift stretcher through a series obstacles. Materials would be given to the participants to make a stretcher and they would need to plan and execute the crossing through the obstacles. This physically and mentally demanding activity would push your team to the limit and further reinforce on the “Never Say Die” and “Leave No Man Behind” spirit.

This activity builds on the concept of the game Monopoly where capital management and purchase planning is important. Teams are given the options to buy materials to aid them to cross the obstacles at the low element course. However, they must remember that sometimes having more materials does not necessarily mean it is good for the team.

Combat laser shooting is a real-life combat simulation game. It works using infra-red technology and hence there are no physical projectiles. Each “gun” has a computerised system in it which monitors the process of the game play. It is sound simulated in addition to the light sensors that will light up when you are ‘shot’. Combat laser shooting is a perfect game for adrenaline junkies who love to test their combat instincts. We design our missions and concept according to your needs. We also conduct debriefs, sharing session by our trainers at the end of the program. While you are busy strategising and planning your execution, our facilitators will also be there to make observations for the debrief at the end of it. This is definitely a more value added session if you’re focusing on teambuilding for your event.
